I have a Samsung 321u external floppy drive and it has worked great in Windows XP but I just bought a new computer and it has Win 7 and the drivers in Win 7 don't work nor does the Samsung cd that came with the drive. In my search I ended up at driverguide.com. You will need to sign up and jump through some screens where they try to sign you up for a bunch of emails BUT I found a driver - I have it installed and working on my XP machine. Tomorrow I hope to test it on a Vista machine. The file is called SamsungSFD-321UUSBFloppy.zip the last upload date was in 2003 so no promises on Vista.

If you have a Samsung SFD-321U or an Iomega drive then trying to run this on a Windows 8 or Windows 10 system does not work too well. You can try the driver solution which is listed or you can try a generic driver already on your computer. Follow the pictures below as the Iomega and Samsung uses the same driver as the NEC driver, however the NEC driver will run on Windows 8 and Windows 10. Now click on [Start] then click on [Control Panel] Open [Device Manager] and you will notice that there is a driver which is not working.
